Description

  • Lead the architecture and delivery of a full-stack product vertical across backend and UI.
  • Break down complex problems and drive them to production independently.
  • Ship high-impact functionality quickly and then harden it for reliability and scale.
  • Raise the bar for code quality, testing, observability, and performance.
  • Mentor other engineers through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
  • Work closely with product, customers, and platform teams to define effective solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building user-facing products end-to-end.
  • Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue or React, and PostgreSQL or another relational database.
  • Strong architectural instincts and the ability to design clean, scalable systems.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of a problem from zero to one through production.
  • Sharp communication, strong judgment, and fast learning ability.
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production apps is preferred.
  • Background in multi-tenant systems, performance tuning, or platform work is preferred.
