Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain new features and functionalities for the SaaS platform.
  • Work across both front-end and back-end parts of the application.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and UX teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Optimize application performance for large data volumes and high user traffic.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
  • Write and execute unit tests and integration tests to maintain code quality.
  • Investigate and fix bugs to ensure platform reliability.
  • Apply security best practices and support compliance when handling sensitive customer data.
  • Stay current with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Design the platform for scalability and flexibility as the user base grows.
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior developers.

Requirements

  • 6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on complex SaaS applications.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience with unit, integration, and function testing using front-end and back-end testing libraries.
  • Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and modular architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and industry compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing performance for high-traffic web applications.
  • Experience with container technologies like Docker and an understanding of cloud infrastructure and solutions.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for staying updated on software development trends, technologies, and best practices.
