Description

  • Oversee the development of application designs and programs with varying levels of complexity.
  • Manage a small team of developers while contributing directly to the development process.
  • Communicate and coordinate with key project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the business to provide design inputs and estimates for requirements documents.
  • Document system designs and program specifications in technical design documents.
  • Write programs and code based on approved solution plan documents.
  • Conduct unit testing to verify program performance against design at the unit level.
  • Coordinate with vendors or investigate and resolve errors reported during SIT and UAT.
  • Contribute to quality, process, and continuous improvement activities across tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure work complies with the company’s software development lifecycle standards.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and how they interface within the company infrastructure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and comfortable collaborating with a team and client in a self-organizing Scrum team within a scaled agile framework.
