Description

  • Track sprints, releases, blockers, and dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
  • Coordinate Release Train activities and follow up on risks before they affect delivery.
  • Maintain Jira and Confluence and produce reporting on progress, risks, and release readiness.
  • Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks, test improvements, and measure results.
  • Act as a delivery-status contact for Product, Engineering, QA, and Commercial teams.
  • Support effective Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Monitor CI/CD failures and technical issues that may disrupt delivery.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate reporting, identify patterns, and reduce repetitive work.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics, or a relevant Agile, Scrum, or delivery certification.
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile software delivery team using Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of software delivery processes, including sprints, releases, and Release Trains.
  • Ability to analyze delivery data, identify causes, and evaluate whether improvements are effective.
  • Clear and confident communication across Product, Engineering, QA, and Commercial teams.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, curiosity, and sound judgment.
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Experience working across multiple teams simultaneously is preferred.
