Description

  • Own campaigns and product launches from briefing and asset creation through execution and performance reporting.
  • Plan and deliver owned, sponsored, and community events, including logistics, outreach, event readiness, and follow-up.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for research, content creation, campaign development, and reporting.
  • Turn strategic priorities into scoped plans with timelines, owners, and success metrics, then execute them independently.
  • Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, and Product to keep go-to-market initiatives moving.
  • Track and report initiative performance using relevant metrics such as pipeline influence, cost, conversion, and attendance.
  • Use performance insights to improve future campaigns and marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a marketing manager, growth marketer, or similar role.
  • Experience building campaigns, launches, side projects, or businesses from scratch.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and revenue, rather than only engagement metrics.
  • Strong self-management skills, including handling competing priorities and raising issues proactively.
  • Existing practical experience with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and informed views on AI in marketing.
  • Interest in taking significant ownership within a small, senior team.
  • Comfort with, or ability to quickly learn, Monday.com and HubSpot.
  • B2B SaaS experience is preferred but not required; agency experience is welcome.
