Description

  • Lead complex deployments, migrations, and strategic customer initiatives across API management, infrastructure, GitOps, and related areas.
  • Design scalable implementation architectures and resolve tactical technical challenges.
  • Work directly with customer engineering teams to build lower and production environments.
  • Deliver Professional Services engagements and support strategic accounts.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Feed customer insights back into product and platform improvements.
  • Investigate product and code issues to identify root causes and unblock customers, including contributing pull requests when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering background across APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Experience delivering complex technical projects in customer environments.
  • Comfort working independently in unfamiliar or high-pressure environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach with a focus on quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly to support customer needs.
  • Residency in Western Europe or the Americas.
  • Experience diving into product code and contributing pull requests is preferred.
