Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
  • Create and manage audience-focused content by translating technical information from subject matter experts into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and customer nurture programs.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
  • Optimise campaigns, content, online visibility, channel performance, and marketing ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Recommend channel selection, marketing investment, and campaign strategies based on performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to implement digital marketing strategies and improve workflows.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience setting up, optimising, reporting on, and analysing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience with paid social advertising, particularly Meta Ads, and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
  • Experience planning and managing ongoing social media content.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics, including Google Analytics and campaign performance reporting.
  • Experience creating written and digital content across multiple channels, with effective use of AI tools while maintaining an authentic brand voice.
  • Experience developing email campaigns and customer nurture programs.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, presentation, organisation, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
