Description

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Perform general reconciliation of books, bank accounts, and financial transactions.
  • Maintain supplier invoices in Xero, match them to statements, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and reconciliation errors.
  • Follow up with suppliers on outstanding balances and ensure payments are made on time.
  • Manage collections and support accounts receivable activities as needed.
  • Support company invoicing processes and related administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgeting support for leadership.
  • Maintain accurate, organized financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and provide general administrative and clerical support.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Familiarity with Accelor is an advantage but not essential.
