Description

  • Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Support month-end close activities, including accruals, amortization, depreciation, and reclassifications.
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving variances.
  • Support data gathering and analysis for tax, compliance, and regulatory reporting processes.
  • Pull, organize, and retain supporting documentation for monthly close and annual audit purposes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records.
  • Support process improvements and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or CPA-eligible is a plus.
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.
  • Experience working with accounting or ERP systems.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or supporting U.S. entities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
