Description

  • Manage the support ticket system and handle day-to-day application support.
  • Provide incident and problem management support to business users.
  • Evaluate, test, approve, and communicate monthly patches and quarterly releases to impacted stakeholders.
  • Maintain and implement configuration changes in Oracle CCS.
  • Monitor system alerts and integration performance.
  • Maintain Oracle and BI Publisher reporting, develop new reports, and update dashboards.
  • Maintain and update system and training documentation, and provide training to business users on changes.
  • Support the workgroup with utility industry knowledge and contribute to knowledge transfer materials and customer knowledgebase.
  • Assess, build, and update RUN processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to determine issue resolution and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing customizations for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) 2.6 application; CC&B 2.7 is a plus.
  • Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle CC&B and CCS.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with CC&B Java.
  • Experience with UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs, and service tasks.
  • Good knowledge of XAI, XSLT, and XPath.
  • Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and File Transfer/Managed File Transfer.
  • Experience with PL/SQL development.
  • Minimum 3 years of Java experience.
  • Good understanding of CC&B-specific Java, Oracle Utilities SDK, Eclipse 3.7, and Hibernate Query Language.
  • Broad functional knowledge of CC&B in at least 2-3 core areas such as Billing, Payments, Credit & Collection, and Financials.
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle CC&B and the OUAF framework.
  • Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
  • Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Certified Implementation certification.
  • Relevant experience of 5 years.
