Description

  • Facilitate communication between parties who speak different languages during live calls.
  • Accurately interpret conversations between callers and English-speaking operators.
  • Convey messages clearly in the caller’s preferred language to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Handle calls across healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel and hospitality, 911 emergency services, law enforcement, and general business.
  • Work from a home office in a quiet and secure environment.
  • Follow a rotating night-shift schedule based on client requirements.
  • Complete three weeks of daytime training from Monday to Friday.
  • Maintain accuracy when interpreting both simple and complex, technical and non-technical subject matter.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Fluent in the native language, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Must be based in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, or Cambodia.
  • Must work from home.
  • Own a mobile phone with Android 12 or above, or iOS 15 or above.
  • Willing to work rotating 9-hour night shifts within a 24-hour schedule.
  • Willing to work public holidays as the operation runs 24/7.
  • Available for a 12-month contract with renewable terms.
  • Able to follow a schedule with rotating days off, including 2 days off per week.
  • Training allowance provided during the 3-week daytime training period.

Benefits

  • RM30 per hour salary, with a minimum monthly estimate of RM4,800 based on 160 hours.
