Description

  • Develop a product vision for the agentic AI orchestrator with customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and test new ideas to shape the backlog and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional partners to build agentic AI functionality.
  • Write clear, well-bounded user stories that keep sprint work focused on user value.
  • Engage stakeholders throughout the innovation process and keep them informed of progress.
  • Advocate for customer problem-solving by expanding functionality into the product line.
  • Partner with other product managers to create value across product lines.
  • Promote a user-centered culture and help drive organizational change.
  • Support the team flexibly wherever help is needed.

Requirements

  • Experience collaborating with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to build intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience working with data scientists to integrate AI into the pipeline is required.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, MCP, A2A, MCPApps, and RAG is a key differentiator.
  • Experience working with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to build products that solve hard problems.
  • Strong familiarity with the Product Manager role and PM tools for discovery and delivery, including rapid prototyping.
  • Experience working in scrum/kanban on cross-functional teams.
  • Team-oriented mindset focused on what is best for the product.
  • Experience creating products for government users, especially in constrained technology environments, is preferred.
  • Experience applying systems thinking to platform technologies, including modular and configuration-driven software development, is preferred.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, natural language processing, large language models, and generative AI is preferred.
  • Interest in supporting U.S. government missions related to intelligence analysis and electronic/cyber warfare is preferred.
  • Minimum TS clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
