Description

  • Manage and service the fastest-growing customers in the assigned region.
  • Grow revenue and gross profit share-of-wallet within a defined key account list.
  • Identify and source net-new opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Drive product cross-sell and upsell of Twilio solutions (voice, messaging, email, contact centre, account security).
  • Open doors and sell Twilio products and services to new stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Sell solutions to both technical and business audiences, building trust with technical customers and peers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while balancing multiple deals and priorities simultaneously.
  • Simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details through strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of account management or sales experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer base.
  • Experience working with accounts ranging from large multinational enterprises to SMBs.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving quota.
  • Demonstrated account management experience with a solid understanding of cross-sell and upsell within a mature customer base.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting for direct customers, including revenue and gross profit tracking, and risk and opportunity cadence.
  • Experience selling to both business and technical audiences (preferred).
  • Experience or understanding of the communications market is desirable (messaging, voice calling, email, account security/verification), or prior telecommunications experience.
  • Role is remotely based in the United Kingdom and requires approximately 25% travel.
