Description

  • Manage and service the fastest-growing customers in the assigned EMEA region (focus on UK/I).
  • Grow revenue and gross profit share of wallet within a defined key account list through cross-sell and upsell activity.
  • Source and develop net-new opportunities within an existing set of accounts.
  • Open doors to purchase Twilio products and services, including voice, messaging, email, contact centre, and account security software.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the contract process to close deals.
  • Sell solutions to both technical and business audiences and translate complex contractual, technical, and financial details clearly.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and technical peers to drive adoption and retention.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage ongoing account health and expectations.
  • Balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects and deals concurrently.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Account Management or Sales experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer base.
  • Proven history working with accounts ranging from large multinational enterprise customers to SMBs.
  • Demonstrated consistent quota attainment and track record of sales success.
  • Experience with account management strategies and a solid understanding of how to cross-sell and upsell within a mature customer base.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting for direct customers, including revenue and gross profit tracking and risk/opportunity cadence.
  • Experience selling to both business and technical audiences (preferred).
  • Experience or familiarity with the communications market or telecommunications (e.g., messaging, voice calling, email, account security/verification) is preferred.
  • Ability to be remotely based in the United Kingdom and available for approximately 25% travel for in-person customer and team engagements.
