Description

  • Become a subject matter expert on traffic logs and analytics use cases across customer segments.
  • Develop hypotheses, conduct customer research, and perform root cause analysis to understand customer problems.
  • Assess the total opportunity size and business impact of proposed product improvements using financial and engineering context.
  • Prioritize customer problems and recommend solutions based on opportunity size and expected ROI.
  • Lead product requirements, program milestones, and launch planning for modernizing products and APIs.
  • Support customer transitions from older products and APIs to newer versions.
  • Document ideas and research quickly for review and iteration in a remote-first environment.
  • Collaborate with adjacent product managers to connect and orchestrate data features across the Channels Data domain.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven ability to work backward from customer needs using rigorous problem definition and customer data.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and large enterprise operations, including sales cycles and organizational dynamics.
  • Experience with APIs or platform products, including designing for reliability, scale, and developer usability.
  • Functional understanding of statistics and basic program management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience building cross-functional relationships in remote, global teams.
  • Scrappy and resourceful, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive impact.
  • Experience building and scaling products or businesses, including zero-to-one innovation and high growth, preferred.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in CS or a related discipline, preferred.
