Description

  • Design and implement secure reference architectures for enterprise AI platforms.
  • Establish a framework for AI vetting and help drive related cultural and policy changes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the long-term roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management.
  • Maintain and improve the enterprise security posture through code and infrastructure automation.
  • Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers.
  • Advise leadership on emerging AI security risks and strategy.
  • Architect and build preventative guardrails to reduce risks from first- and third-party AI agents.
  • Support enterprise security decision-making with technical leadership and execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise in cloud security, including AWS and GCP.
  • Experience with container security, including Kubernetes.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying complex security systems at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
  • Experience building, deploying, and reviewing automation for complex security workflows, including AI-driven and traditional automation tools (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI security risks to non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
  • Remote role based in Ireland.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.
