Description

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement technical solutions across multiple classification environments.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines from scratch in GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins with integrated security scanning and STIG compliance validation.
  • Provide troubleshooting guidance to development teams for pipeline issues and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code templates, primarily using CloudFormation, for secure DevSecOps tool infrastructure in AWS environments.
  • Architect highly available, resilient, and secure infrastructure across AWS GovCloud, C2S, and TC2S environments.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting by analyzing Linux system and application logs and performing root cause analysis.
  • Develop mitigation strategies for service degradation and complex technical issues.
  • Provide expert security guidance on secure coding, vulnerability remediation, STIG compliance, and ATO support.
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain technical documentation and promote continuous team improvement.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • Certification meeting DoD 8140/8570 requirements, such as Security+, GSEC, or SSCP.
  • 10+ years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Experience delivering DevSecOps services across multiple classified domains.
  • Strong experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or Ansible.
  • Strong experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash in a Linux environment such as RHEL or Oracle Linux.
  • Understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and RDS.
  • Experience architecting secure cloud-based infrastructure and services; Azure or GCP experience is a plus.
