Description

  • Design and implement security controls for AI training and deployment pipelines to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.
  • Identify, test, and defend against adversarial AI threats such as input manipulation, model inversion, and data poisoning.
  • Implement measures to protect sensitive datasets and proprietary model intellectual property.
  • Conduct AI-specific threat modeling and internal red team exercises to uncover vulnerabilities before they are exploited.
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with security standards, ethical guidelines, and AI governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate security requirements into practical solutions.
  • Apply process thinking and systems design to strengthen the security of AI workflows.
  • Support secure, production-ready AI-powered automation that improves operational efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, including the mathematics behind model architectures.
  • Proven experience with adversarial machine learning techniques, including gradient-based attacks, evasion attacks, and model extraction.
  • Expertise in securing CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes for ML workloads.
  • Proficiency in privacy-preserving technologies such as differential privacy, homomorphic encryption, or federated learning.
  • Deep experience with cloud security configurations in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including managed AI services such as SageMaker or Vertex AI.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 2 years focused on AI/ML security or research.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or specialized AI security certifications are highly regarded.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical teams.
