Description

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor and trusted thought partner to engineering and product leadership.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for complex and specialized R&D roles across EMEA.
  • Develop recruiting plans to proactively source and hire qualified technical talent.
  • Design and scale engineering recruiting programs that strengthen technical hiring quality and reduce bias.
  • Use talent insights and internal data to calibrate with hiring teams and define success profiles.
  • Advise leaders on prioritization, location decisions, and hiring trade-offs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP-level R&D leaders, HRBPs, Finance, Total Rewards, TA Ops, and TA COEs.
  • Use AI, tools, and technology to improve technical recruiting practices and sourcing approaches.
  • Negotiate complex offers, including equity-based compensation packages.
  • Identify hiring roadblocks early and influence cross-functional outcomes without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Extensive full-cycle technical recruiting experience hiring software/ML/AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering managers in tech or tech-adjacent environments such as fintech.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence leadership in a competitive talent market.
  • Experience using talent data analytics and market intelligence to drive hiring decisions.
  • Experience leading process improvements and technical hiring initiatives.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-signal candidate journeys and sourcing technical talent proactively without relying on inbound applications.
  • Advanced ability to evaluate and validate candidate skills while representing the employer brand.
  • Advanced knowledge of current trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Highly proficient in ATS/CRM platforms, candidate relationship management, and AI recruiting tools and technology.
  • Preferred: experience hiring technical talent in North America and Latin America.
  • Role is remote based in Ireland.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.
