Description

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and complex product catalog design in Zuora Billing aligned with business and finance processes.
  • Drive advanced Zuora configurations, including workflows, integrations, data transformations, billing rules, and performance optimization.
  • Design, build, and support integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, CRM, tax engines, payment gateways, and data platforms.
  • Own post-go-live production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, change and release management, and operational stability.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering through hypercare and support governance and technical leadership.
  • Conduct design workshops with business stakeholders and build prototypes for demos before development begins.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications, including resolving conflicting or unspoken requirements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer and documentation.
  • Manage KLO operations and stakeholder support for daily activities, financial close, and reconciliations.
  • Develop and execute system conversions and implementations.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Zuora subscriptions, billing, product management, and pricing management.
  • Experience with integrations between Zuora and Salesforce, Oracle ERP, banks, payment gateways, and Avalara tax.
  • Expertise in the Zuora platform, including objects, custom events, and Zuora workflows.
  • Experience developing and executing system conversions and implementations.
  • Good understanding of customer aging, AR-to-GL reconciliation, and month-end processes.
  • Knowledge of change management and Agile methodologies.
  • B.Tech or MBA degree.
  • Certification in Zuora Billing implementations is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.
  • Strong analytical mindset, interpersonal communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
