Description

  • Source and acquire new enterprise customers and drive ACV for a defined set of accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification and pipeline development to negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the contract execution process for complex deals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline using multiple channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and networking.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, cross-functional partners, and other key stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Sell solutions to both business and technical audiences, translating complex contractual, technical, and financial details into clear value propositions.
  • Manage multiple deals and priorities concurrently and navigate long, complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, product) to drive deal progress and ensure successful implementations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a track record of personally selling and closing complex solutions to enterprise and software companies.
  • Proven success selling complex, technical solutions such as cloud communications platforms, APIs, Conversational AI and/or enterprise software.
  • Strong experience identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts and developing large enterprise clients.
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment, with ability to close high-value deals (e.g., six- to seven-figure deals).
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprises.
  • Expertise in solution-based or consultative selling, strong presentation skills, and strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Prospecting and lead generation skills across multiple channels and familiarity with MEDDPICC and other sales qualification methodologies.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first environment and able to balance competing priorities.
  • Desired: experience selling to both business and technical audiences and understanding of the CPaaS & Customer Engagement ecosystem (cloud communications, contact centre productivity, Conversational AI, APIs/integrations, and telecommunications industry dynamics).
  • Location: remote and based in the UK or Ireland; Travel: minimum ~25% anticipated.
