Description

  • Prospect for new customers and close new business opportunities across the full Twilio portfolio.
  • Own consultative, analytical sales cycles that move customers from transactional relationships to strategic partnerships.
  • Manage new customer acquisition against an assigned iACV quota.
  • Build trusted relationships across enterprise accounts and engage C-suite stakeholders to support growth.
  • Work with assigned verticals and regions to understand business and technical requirements for complex deals.
  • Partner with Specialist Sales, Product Specialists, Value Engineering, and Enterprise Strategists to develop new solutions and accelerate platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Operations to structure mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Run multiple projects and deals simultaneously while maintaining performance through shifting priorities.
  • Develop long-range territory strategies and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to product and carrier relations teams.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 12 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years managing or leading highly analytical products or solutions.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS, CPaaS, or data platforms beyond transactional sales into strategic partnerships.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and a total account relationship strategy.
  • Proven consultative technical solution-selling experience with deep discovery and complex customer problem solving.
  • Comfort working with both business and highly technical leaders and influencing views on integrated data and AI.
  • Strong analytical account development approach using data to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define process and build programs.
  • Record of delivering market-driven results, especially for scale and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Deep experience in CPaaS, data platforms, or global communications platforms (preferred).
  • Domain expertise in quantitative industries such as retail, eCommerce, DevOps, fintech, insurance, advertising optimization, banking, or security, or software/SaaS/CPaaS/PaaS selling experience (preferred).
  • Remote role based in Singapore.
  • Willingness to travel more than 30% of the time.
