Description

  • Lead audience acquisition and engagement strategy for flagship customer events including SIGNAL, SIGNAL World Tour, and Exec Connect.
  • Build integrated event marketing plans across email, web, paid, social, sales activation, field marketing, and partner channels.
  • Own campaign calendars, messaging plans, audience segmentation, channel mix, and optimization plans across cross-functional teams.
  • Develop clear, compelling event marketing copy for email journeys, web pages, registration flows, sales enablement, internal communications, and promotional assets.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns in Marketo, manage targeting and segmentation, and ensure accurate lead capture, attribution, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance, registration trends, conversion rates, show-rate risks, audience quality, and pipeline contribution using Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and pacing updates to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Test and optimize messaging, subject lines, channels, audience segments, conversion paths, and engagement tactics.
  • Localize global campaign strategies for regional markets in partnership with Field Marketing and regional teams.
  • Support Exec Connect communications with executive stakeholders, sales teams, and event leads.
  • Coordinate with communications, social, press, analyst relations, Twilio.org, developer community, and advertising teams to extend reach.
  • Develop sales activation and employee advocacy programs to help drive attendance from priority accounts.
  • Build scalable playbooks, templates, best practices, reporting models, and reusable campaign frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, field marketing, campaign marketing, or event marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting B2B events, customer events, field events, executive events, or event-led marketing campaigns.
  • Experience building integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, digital, social, paid, sales activation, field marketing, or partner channels.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including segmentation, lead capture, conversion, attribution, pipeline influence, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience using Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools to execute campaigns and analyze performance.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, trend analysis, performance comparison, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write audience-first marketing copy.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, communications, sales, field, developer relations, or regional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to test, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, and dependencies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to create playbooks, templates, best practices, and repeatable processes.
  • Preferred: experience supporting large-scale B2B technology, SaaS, developer, customer, or global event programs.
  • Preferred: experience with Swoogo or similar event registration platforms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with event apps or attendee engagement platforms such as Amego or similar tools.
  • Preferred: experience supporting regional or global campaigns that require localization.
  • Preferred: experience partnering with Sales or Field Marketing on account-based marketing, priority account targeting, sales enablement, or attendance goals.
  • Preferred: experience using AI tools to scale campaign development, content iteration, audience analysis, reporting, or workflows.
  • Preferred: creative, test-and-learn mindset with strong brand voice and audience engagement instincts.
