Description

  • Integrate and deploy enterprise IAM solutions, APIs, and integrations aligned with Least Privilege Access and Zero Trust principles.
  • Build and automate identity lifecycle processes to eliminate manual access provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Develop and maintain privileged access management strategies for user and service accounts.
  • Lead participation in security audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities to meet compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement new authentication standards and access control models.
  • Integrate identity platforms with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow and JIRA using REST APIs and identity protocols.
  • Contribute to internal frontend libraries and frameworks for self-service access experiences.
  • Provide operational support and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for high-severity authentication and access issues.
  • Work across diverse environments, bridging custom code and no-code platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Security Engineering.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience building production-grade automation with Node.js, JavaScript, or a similar object-oriented language.
  • Experience building and operating workflows in an Identity Governance platform such as Okta Identity Governance or SailPoint.
  • Ability to implement or work with REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with identity management across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience implementing and securing SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
  • Experience with Okta, ServiceNow, JIRA, Google, and AWS Workspaces.
  • Strong understanding of modern physical and cloud infrastructure engineering and DevOps standards and practices.
  • Experience integrating and deploying services with adherence to Least Privilege Access and Zero Trust security models.
  • BS in Computer Science, DevOps Engineering, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and enterprise identity management concepts (preferred).
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and container platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker (preferred).
  • Strong documentation skills for runbooks, security procedures, and architecture documentation (preferred).
  • Experience with GIT, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices (preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines (preferred).
  • Comfort working as a beginner in new domains and tackling unfamiliar problems (preferred).
