Description

  • Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for tvScientific’s CTV creative tooling across asset ingestion, generation, variant production, and creative-aware optimization.
  • Develop tools that turn existing brand assets into TV-ready commercials and generate creative variants and new concepts at scale.
  • Expand prediction and optimization models to incorporate creative as a core performance lever alongside bidding and targeting.
  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to drive customer performance through creative optimization and promote adoption among advertisers and internal stakeholders.
  • Use AI to accelerate prototyping, creative exploration, and customer feedback synthesis while validating correctness and quality.
  • Represent tvScientific externally as a thought leader in AI-driven creative technology.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with expertise in creative technology, dynamic creative optimization, or generative AI for video and image.
  • Experience working with optimization and ML systems and a clear point of view on how creative signal should be incorporated alongside bidding and targeting.
  • AI-forward and experimental mindset, with comfort building on generative AI as a core primitive rather than a feature.
  • Demonstrated track record shipping creative technology products or optimizing ads at scale, with concrete examples of impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including comfort presenting to senior executives, customers, and industry audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product development and customer analysis, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality.
  • High integrity and ownership, including protecting sensitive data, avoiding over-reliance on AI, and remaining accountable for final decisions and deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • This role requires in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and can be based anywhere in the country.
  • Not eligible for relocation assistance.
  • US-based applicants only, with a salary range of $195,738 to $402,990 USD.
