Description

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads and estimate requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an inbound sales closer.
  • Fluent, professional-level English communication skills with the ability to speak naturally and confidently with U.S.-based homeowners.
  • Strong phone and communication skills.
  • A trustworthy, authentic personality that builds client trust quickly.
  • Comfortable representing a premium market-leading brand and selling on value, reliability, and quality rather than discounts.
  • Strong consultative selling ability with confidence handling higher-end homeowners.
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Organized and disciplined follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable handling high lead volume.
  • Self-managed and accountable in a remote environment.
  • Experience in home services or other industries where the full service is sold remotely over the phone is preferred.
  • Experience in high-converting phone sales environments such as medical equipment, elective healthcare, dental, legal, home improvement, or premium recurring services is preferred.
  • Experience in HVAC, pest control, roofing, landscaping, pool, or recurring service industries is preferred.
  • CRM experience with tools such as GHL, Jobber, HubSpot, or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Full-time commitment to TurFresh is required; candidates should not be actively balancing other jobs or ongoing business ventures.
