Description

  • Create social media graphics, educational carousels, and campaign assets.
  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using team-provided footage.
  • Produce digital ad graphics and video variations for testing hooks, messages, and calls to action.
  • Design email, website, landing page, sales, and occasional print materials.
  • Develop before-and-after content, customer testimonials, service explainers, and maintenance-plan materials.
  • Turn marketing briefs, brand assets, photography, and raw footage into finished creative assets.
  • Maintain consistent branding and deliver assets in the required formats, including editable source files.
  • Collaborate during Pacific Time business hours, communicate proactively, and incorporate feedback and revisions.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of marketing design work for consumer brands or service businesses.
  • Basic short-form video editing experience, including footage selection, hooks, trimming, captions, audio balancing, and platform-specific formatting.
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to make educational content clear and engaging.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
  • Strong English communication, attention to detail, and reliable delivery.
  • Ability to work from briefs, ask clarifying questions, and incorporate feedback.
  • Proficiency with design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or comparable software.
  • Ability to organize and deliver editable source files and finished assets.
  • Reliable availability during Pacific Time business hours; experience in home services, pet-related brands, or local service marketing is preferred.
