Description

  • Develop and maintain brand identity across physical and promotional materials.
  • Design large-format storefront graphics, signage, decals, banners, and environmental graphics.
  • Create print collateral including flyers, brochures, postcards, menus, packaging, stickers, and promotional materials.
  • Create custom illustrations, icons, and supporting graphic assets.
  • Translate creative direction into production-ready files with correct bleeds, margins, CMYK profiles, and printer specifications.
  • Review proofs and resolve formatting, production, and print-quality issues.
  • Coordinate with print vendors and production partners to ensure accurate, high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams on creative initiatives.
  • Manage multiple design projects, schedules, files, and production documentation from concept through final delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A strong portfolio featuring branding, print production, large-format design, and retail or environmental graphics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of print production workflows, print-ready file preparation, large-format printing, and color management.
  • Experience coordinating with printers and production vendors.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
  • Illustration skills and basic video-editing capabilities.
  • Experience in retail, storefront, or physical brand environments.
  • Comfort using remote collaboration, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Experience with short-form promotional video, Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, animation, retail marketing campaigns, experiential branding, installation requirements, or production logistics (preferred).
