Description

  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product Management to develop customer-specific solution proposals and support the sales and contracting process.
  • Participate in customer-facing discussions and presentations to build confidence in the proposed solution and Wavelo’s delivery capability.
  • Stay engaged through implementation to adjust solution components as needed and maintain strong customer relationships throughout delivery.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to shape requirements and broader solution features.
  • Identify and pursue add-on opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Champion customer needs across Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support to refine potential solutions.
  • Provide industry knowledge to help position Wavelo’s products and services in a competitive market.
  • Support solution development and post-contract implementation across the engagement cycle.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience developing and deploying BSS/OSS solutions in mobile app, web, or telecom environments.
  • Broad knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS architectures and solutions, including emerging trends such as Agentic AI and 5G monetization strategies.
  • Background in software development and program management preferred.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and the ability to explain related technical concepts and capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate outcomes and challenge assumptions.
  • Ability to lead, preferably with a consensus-based approach, in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented work style and the ability to work independently is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills with strong attention to detail is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to the audience is a plus.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a strong asset, particularly for supporting customer engagements in Spanish-speaking markets.

  • Base salary range of $157,000–$175,000 USD for US residents or $146,000–$162,000 CAD for Canadian residents.
