Description

  • Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and agent-based workflows that reduce manual effort across the company.
  • Design multi-step agentic pipelines for production use, including tool use, RAG, and structured outputs.
  • Integrate AI workflows with existing systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations.
  • Develop automation pipelines to support AI-enabled operations and workflows.
  • Own deployment and management of AI applications on Vercel and cloud platforms.
  • Build and maintain supporting infrastructure such as cloud-based agents, serverless functions, and related services.
  • Design resilience into deployed systems through logging, error handling, alerting, and monitoring.
  • Manage secrets, environment configurations, and deployment pipelines across environments.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for teams building AI-powered workflows and applications.
  • Debug issues, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive initiatives to completion when no PM is assigned.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering with hands-on AI/ML experience.
  • Strong background as a software, systems, or DevOps engineer who has grown into AI.
  • Experience deploying and managing production applications on Vercel, AWS, GCP, or equivalent platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and orchestration tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or LangChain.
  • Proven REST API integration experience with strong edge-case handling.
  • Experience building or maintaining cloud-based agents and serverless infrastructure.
  • Strong Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js skills for production-grade code.
  • Solid understanding of deployment pipelines, CI/CD, environment management, and secrets handling.
  • Experience with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval.
  • Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS and/or GCP, and familiar with monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems.
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks is a plus.
  • Background in high-volume performance advertising, media, or creative production is a plus.
  • Experience with AI in a production context is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-step agentic pipeline design or large-scale workflow orchestration is a plus.
  • Experience with data pipelines or BI tooling is a plus.

  • Compensation of $70,000–$120,000 remotely or $110,000–$160,000 in Los Angeles.
