Description

  • Run daily Rethink platform reports to identify unsubmitted or unverified session notes from the previous day.
  • Follow up with RBTs by email, phone, and text to remind and assist them with completing documentation.
  • Use approved email templates to maintain consistent communications.
  • Identify technical issues or other barriers delaying note submission and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-up communications and outcomes.
  • Build supportive relationships with field staff while encouraging timely compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve recurring issues and improve the documentation process.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Applied Behaviour Analysis practices and RBT responsibilities is highly advantageous.
  • Experience using electronic health record systems; Rethink platform experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with an empathetic communication style.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily follow-ups.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and address barriers to note submission.
  • Approachable, friendly demeanor and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally, including HIPAA-related data.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance or quality assurance is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different personalities and situations.
  • Must be located in South Africa and have a fixed fibre internet connection of at least 25 Mbps upload and download, wired Ethernet capability, and reliable power backup.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work environment for candidates located in South Africa.
  • Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM SAST, subject to daylight saving changes.
  • Work on all South African public holidays, compensated in accordance with the BCEA.
