Description

  • Own either the end-to-end hiring funnel or client delivery operations, based on trial performance.
  • Source, screen, schedule, follow up with, and track candidates when owning recruiting operations.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and ship client work when owning delivery operations.
  • Identify slipped tasks, failing processes, and stalled work before they become larger problems.
  • Make daily operational decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes.
  • Communicate problems clearly and honestly, including when internal processes are at fault.
  • Use feedback to improve decisions and execution.
  • Track working time using the company’s time-tracking tool from day one.

Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines.
  • Strong written English.
  • Able to work full time as the only job after hiring, joining within 30 days of passing the trial.
  • Available for a paid trial working four hours per day, including two hours at a fixed time during the workday.
  • At least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload internet, verified live.
  • Must have held a full-time job within the last 12 months.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, take ownership, and recognize when issues require escalation.
  • Able to complete asynchronous interviews, aptitude tests, a video introduction, employment verification, and a six-to-eight-week paid trial.
  • No specific years of experience or CV background required; employment history must be accurately verifiable.

  • $1,000 per month on hire, based on responsibility and demonstrated capability.
  • 50% pay increase after passing the 90-day review.
