Description

  • Own full-stack subsystems for production ad operations tooling used daily by operators running large campaigns.
  • Build backend services and APIs that support multiple production AI agent integrations.
  • Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure, including deployment pipelines, monitoring, and autoscaling.
  • Work across frontend, backend, media pipelines, and distributed systems internals to solve problems that cannot be handled at the app layer alone.
  • Shape technical architecture and influence what the team builds, in what order, and why.
  • Set technical direction across the platform and make key architectural decisions.
  • Design systems for performance, reliability, observability, and fault tolerance.
  • Own systems end to end, from code through cloud deployment and DevOps.

Requirements

  • Experience building large-scale SaaS platforms from scratch and owning systems end to end.
  • Strong JavaScript experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Strong Python experience shipping and operating production services.
  • Low-level programming experience in at least one language such as C, C++, Rust, Zig, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with media pipelines, including transcoding, ffmpeg-class tooling, media transformation, and cloud storage.
  • Experience designing observability into systems from the start, including tracing, metrics, and structured logging.
  • Experience building durable, fault-tolerant workflows in production.
  • Comfort owning testing, cloud deployment, and DevOps responsibilities.
  • Preferred experience with React/Next.js, FastAPI/Django/Flask, Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis, Temporal/Airflow/Dagster, Kafka/RabbitMQ, or AuthN/AuthZ patterns.
  • Preferred experience with FinOps at scale, including cost attribution and spend optimization.
  • Preferred experience shipping agent systems, including MCPs, sandboxing, or AI agent infrastructure.
