Description

  • Perform end-to-end ETL/ELT to prepare data for analytics and reporting.
  • Provide data engineering support and automate data pipelines with code.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Create data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data.
  • Build predictive and prescriptive algorithms using advanced statistical and big data methods.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and governance standards are met.
  • Verify the effectiveness of models and algorithms using real-world results.
  • Communicate insights clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
  • Define, document, and maintain data definitions, metrics, lineage, transformations, and business rules.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to support governance, quality monitoring, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business/data analytics or a related role.
  • Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience.
  • Experience leading analytics delivery in Agile environments, including Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, lineage, metadata, and auditability.
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with data validation, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Willingness and ability to work US hours, including night shift or US business time alignment.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance is preferred.
