Description

  • Develop and enhance conversational chatbot solutions using Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent for client implementation projects.
  • Build and improve JavaScript-based software as part of the TTEC Digital project team.
  • Code, test, and deliver software projects on time.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution during the QA cycle.
  • Support the production environment and help resolve production issues.
  • Conduct system analysis and contribute to project management tasks needed for successful project completion.
  • Develop solution pitches, value propositions, and demo experiences for customer-facing presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members and mentor other developers as needed.
  • Mitigate and resolve code errors for current development work and future concepts.

Requirements

  • 3 years of professional experience building and delivering NLP systems, including LLM-based or Generative AI solutions.
  • 3 or more years of software development experience, including design, custom development, and testing of real-time systems.
  • 5+ years of JavaScript experience.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, and Java.
  • Experience with DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia.
  • Hands-on experience with modern chatbot creation and AI Virtual Agents/Agent Assist.
  • Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), NICE CXone, and CXone Studio is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to mentor team members.
