Description

  • Communicate findings through written summaries, presentations, and visualizations that explain results, drivers, and recommended actions.
  • Translate stakeholder questions into analytical approaches, hypotheses, metrics, and recommendations.
  • Use AI, automation, templates, and reusable workflows to improve analysis, reporting, documentation, and insight generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, organize, and document data sources, business logic, assumptions, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations for performance monitoring and opportunity identification.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or consulting; contact center or healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Advanced SQL expertise, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex aggregations.
  • Experience with large-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake.
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to independently determine analytical approaches for ambiguous business questions.
  • Interest in experimenting with AI and automation to improve efficiency and generate insights.
  • Ability to identify underlying problems and opportunities beyond the immediate request.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret results and translate data into insights.
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts, including significance testing and sampling.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing demands.
