Description

Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored automation and AI-based solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
Lead technical discovery sessions and contribute to solution architecture and integration planning.
Support technical validation activities throughout the sales cycle.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering and Implementation teams during onboarding and deployment phases.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during key customer engagements.
Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical advisor and help them navigate technical challenges.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve solution delivery and customer experience.
Contribute to technical documentation, enablement materials, internal training resources, webinars, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Experience with voice technologies, customer interaction platforms, or workflow automation solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Native-level or highly fluent Polish and English language skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities.
Experience with CRM platforms or pre-sales tools is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
Knowledge of automation workflows, APIs, or integration frameworks is preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations and customer success initiatives is preferred.
