Description

  • Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored automation and AI-based solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and contribute to solution architecture and integration planning.
  • Support technical validation activities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Implementation teams during onboarding and deployment phases.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during key customer engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical advisor and help them navigate technical challenges.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve solution delivery and customer experience.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, enablement materials, internal training resources, webinars, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience with voice technologies, customer interaction platforms, or workflow automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Native-level or highly fluent Polish and English language skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or pre-sales tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation workflows, APIs, or integration frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations and customer success initiatives is preferred.
