Description

  • Support daily project coordination and administrative activities.
  • Track project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and progress.
  • Coordinate with project team members, testers, and evaluators.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks to help ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and other project information.
  • Communicate project updates and key information to team members and management.
  • Identify project issues and escalate them when necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Comfort with learning new tools and systems.
  • Experience using Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Comfort working with and processing large data sets.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to use them in daily work.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Native Ukrainian proficiency.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
