Description

  • Manage a portfolio of Field Service projects throughout the project lifecycle, from manufacturing completion through invoicing and financial closeout.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, customer orders, and project records in compliance with established SOPs.
  • Manage Procore inspections, review inspection documentation, and ensure records support invoicing and project closeout.
  • Verify invoicing readiness by confirming required documentation, inspections, commissioning records, and customer requirements are complete.
  • Participate in commissioning calls and maintain commissioning documentation.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports on project status, invoice readiness, and closeout.
  • Partner with Platform Managers and Field Service Site Operations Representatives to support project execution.
  • Resolve operational issues, support process improvements, and assist with training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Project management capability.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Technical capability and problem-solving ability.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work remotely in a full-time role.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
