Description

  • Manage a team of data collection driving operations field resources.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and coach, mentor, and support the professional development of field surveyors.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with teams and Program Managers.
  • Lead team meetings to share relevant information with team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage workload and coordinate logistics, including coverage for absences.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on regional issues and concerns.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers and vendor/partner organizations.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly business review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and report operational details, including weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Support special projects such as invoice verification and reporting metrics.
  • Provide resource planning support, including work plan allocation, management, logistics, and resource forecasting.
  • Help maintain quality, safety, and financial controls.
  • Monitor performance trends, take corrective action, and support SLA targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continual service improvement and service assurance efforts, including RCA review and corrective action follow-up.
  • Escalate performance and functional issues to management as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience as a people manager and/or operations lead.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, manage a heavy flow of emails, and respond to urgent program issues as needed.
  • Strong people management skills, including clear communication, rapport-building, expectation setting, and constructive feedback.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record.
  • Team-oriented and willing to assist wherever needed.
  • Ability to analyze data and create measurable action plans to improve performance.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Experience in operations or field program management is preferred.
  • Experience supporting reporting, forecasting, or service improvement initiatives is preferred.
