Description

  • Manage and communicate directly with a team of field data collectors.
  • Coordinate team routes, schedules, and expenses.
  • Monitor performance and quality metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with quality, production, and other functions to meet program deliverables.
  • Monitor costs and budgets.
  • Support Project and Program Managers with planning activities.
  • Participate in team training activities.
  • Manage team-level risks.
  • Remotely lead teams operating across multiple countries.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of coordination or management experience.
  • Fluent French and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Experience preparing reports and presentation decks.
  • Ability to quickly assess information and translate it into action.
  • Ability to manage teams remotely and in high-stress situations.
  • Flexibility to support field operations during non-standard hours.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and leadership-focused management approach.
  • Fleet or logistics management experience (preferred).
  • Previous training experience (preferred).
