Description

  • Coordinate and oversee daily field operations throughout the project.
  • Manage communication and coordination with distributed field teams.
  • Organize team schedules, assignments, and operational activities.
  • Monitor attendance, progress, task completion, and operational KPIs.
  • Collect, review, and maintain operational reports, data, trackers, and documentation.
  • Identify operational issues and risks, coordinate resolutions, and escalate critical matters.
  • Support field team members with operational questions and challenges.
  • Ensure processes and operational requirements are followed consistently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Adapt operations to changing project requirements and priorities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
  • Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong people-management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate schedules, reporting, daily operations, and escalations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, changing operational environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.
  • Experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, transportation, data collection, vehicle testing, or field service operations is preferred.
  • Availability for long-term cooperation throughout the project.
