Description

  • Manage and support a team of field or remote employees.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between team members and project stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, onboarding, and basic training to new team members.
  • Track progress and report on team performance and project status.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines and timelines.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership potential and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Comfortable working with and processing large data sets.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and openness to using them in daily work.
  • Previous coordination, volunteering, or team support experience is a plus.
  • English at least B2 level, required.
  • Ukrainian native level, required; additional languages are a plus.
