Description

  • Serve as the main contact point for regulatory and compliance reporting.
  • Deliver analytics and insights for both recurring workstreams and ad hoc business questions.
  • Build data sets and dashboards that support trust data integrity and auditability requirements.
  • Choose appropriate analytical methods and tools for each problem.
  • Work closely with Comms, Investor Relations, Marketing, Compliance, and Trust teams to understand data needs and goals.
  • Present and promote analytical work to the wider business to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Scope, document, standardize, and automate key reporting projects.
  • Ensure reporting processes maintain integrity, governance, and data quality.
  • Investigate requests related to fraudulent activity and support preparation of public and regulatory reports.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL skills, with BigQuery experience.
  • Experience delivering actionable insights using BI tools, with Looker experience preferred.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and project management.
  • Data modeling experience, with DBT or similar data pipeline tools.
  • Familiarity with analytical and statistical methods such as regression, clustering, and cohort analysis.
  • Familiarity with Airflow.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing.
  • Experience with Python is desirable.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
