Description

  • Support customers across email, chat/messaging, phone, and future video channels.
  • Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve client and end-user questions and issues using a systematic approach.
  • Own customer issues end-to-end and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to reach timely resolution.
  • Provide support for existing clients, end users, and third parties used for payment processing.
  • Answer technical questions related to enterprise merchant implementations, including APIs, UI, and transaction inquiries.
  • Handle business and financial questions related to payment status, payment declines, transaction inquiries, and collections inquiries.
  • Educate customers on how to maximize the benefits of Trustly products and services.
  • Document and follow up on customer cases, including post-contact actions as required.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a customer support or operations role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting customers via email/chat and phone.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathy, passion, and a strong commitment to helping customers.
  • Previous knowledge of Salesforce Service or CRM is preferred.
