Description

  • Communicate proactively with carrier partners and drivers by phone, email, SMS, and other messaging tools to confirm and track load events.
  • Monitor upcoming, active, and past loads to identify delays or issues and report them to key stakeholders.
  • Support customer-specific service level agreements for top shippers.
  • Use critical thinking to anticipate and forecast potential challenges in load operations.
  • Operate with urgency to manage track-and-trace activities and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Gather needed information and drive urgency with carrier partners on upcoming load events.
  • Resolve load challenges as they arise and maintain smooth shipment execution.
  • Provide feedback to carrier representatives to improve core operations, carrier experience, and shipper needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations team members to ensure smooth freight delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • 1+ years of experience in brokerage or logistics.
  • Strong ability to work with urgency and meet performance expectations.
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and an out-of-the-box mindset.
  • Familiarity with U.S. geography.
  • Go-getter attitude with the ability to develop solutions to challenges.
  • Call center customer service experience is a plus.
