Description

Communicate proactively with carrier partners and drivers by phone, email, SMS, and other messaging tools to confirm and track load events.
Monitor upcoming, active, and past loads to identify delays or issues and report them to key stakeholders.
Support customer-specific service level agreements for top shippers.
Use critical thinking to anticipate and forecast potential challenges in load operations.
Operate with urgency to manage track-and-trace activities and ensure service expectations are met.
Gather needed information and drive urgency with carrier partners on upcoming load events.
Resolve load challenges as they arise and maintain smooth shipment execution.
Provide feedback to carrier representatives to improve core operations, carrier experience, and shipper needs.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations team members to ensure smooth freight delivery.

Requirements

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
1+ years of experience in brokerage or logistics.
Strong ability to work with urgency and meet performance expectations.
Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and an out-of-the-box mindset.
Familiarity with U.S. geography.
Go-getter attitude with the ability to develop solutions to challenges.
Call center customer service experience is a plus.
