Description

  • Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies.
  • Build and enhance Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate workflows.
  • Modernize legacy applications and migrate business processes to Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution design.
  • Review code, configurations, and solution designs for quality and maintainability.
  • Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Support production deployments, operational maintenance, and release management.
  • Ensure solutions meet CDC security, privacy, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, architects, and project leadership in Agile delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of application development experience.
  • 7+ years of Power Platform solution development experience.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, SharePoint Online, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience migrating .NET, C#, and JavaScript legacy applications to Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience leading technical teams and solution delivery efforts.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Azure B2C or Login.gov integration and Scrum-based delivery using Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work with limited guidance.
  • U.S. citizenship required; Microsoft certifications, federal agency experience, Section 508 knowledge, and integration with SQL Server, APIs, or Microsoft 365 are preferred.
