Description

  • Partner with UX and Payments teams to design, build, and maintain a seamless front-end web experience.
  • Develop and extend payment workflows, including alternative payment integrations and flexible scheduling models.
  • Own complex features end to end from scoping with Product Management through production delivery and post-launch support.
  • Translate business and product requirements into documented technical implementations and roadmap contributions.
  • Write maintainable code across streaming architectures and microservices.
  • Review code and provide detailed, constructive feedback to improve engineering quality.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical debt within the codebase.
  • Mentor other engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement automated testing and participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability.
  • Support cross-functional alignment and technical/non-technical decision-making meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Golang and React.
  • Strong understanding of front-end engineering and user experience patterns.
  • Experience with microservices, distributed systems, data modeling, and A/B testing paradigms.
  • Ability to work independently in complex codebases and solve deep technical problems.
  • Strong communication skills for facilitating technical and non-technical alignment meetings.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Ability to work flexibly outside standard business hours and travel occasionally for global operations support, company meetings, training, offsites, or collaborative projects.
  • Reliable internet connection, a professional remote work environment, and the ability to protect confidential information while working remotely.
