Description

  • Manage and triage incoming legal requests through the legal inbox and Jira tickets.
  • Administer the legal tech stack and build automated workflows and templates in Ironclad.
  • Draft and review standard commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and client contracts.
  • Develop and maintain legal playbooks, self-service guides, FAQs, and risk guardrails.
  • Maintain legal KPIs and dashboards, including contract turnaround times, legal spend, and SLAs.
  • Handle state filings, maintain corporate records, and organize the internal digital knowledge base.
  • Support delegated legal projects, including legal research, fact-finding, and drafting internal policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance to translate legal needs into business workflows.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in a legal environment, ideally within a high-growth corporate legal department.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Paralegal Certificate or Legal Operations certification, such as CLOC, preferred.
  • Experience using Ironclad, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to prioritize urgent requests, manage risk responsibly, and separate emergencies from routine work.
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset with the ability to drive issues to completion.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to translate legal concepts into practical business workflows.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive corporate data.
  • Comfort working in a remote-first environment with flexibility outside standard business hours and occasional local or international travel.
  • Reliable internet connection, professional work environment, and ability to protect confidential information while working remotely.
