Description

  • Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Executive across all stages of the sales cycle, from discovery to close, to accelerate deal progression.
  • Prepare tailored agendas, create call materials, attend key meetings, and manage follow-up actions after prospect interactions.
  • Conduct market and account research to identify potential customers and gather insights that improve outreach.
  • Customize pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators for specific clients or verticals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor pipeline activity, and provide alerts on critical deal actions.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Solutions teams to deliver proposals, pricing, security reviews, and contracts.
  • Track competitor offerings and update competitive intelligence to support messaging and objection handling.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tasks and improve internal sales processes.
  • Support high-value, complex enterprise deals and help drive faster close rates.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external clients.
  • Comfort with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and standard sales engagement platforms.
  • Interest in financial technology or collections.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within enterprise tech sales.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment with flexibility outside standard business hours when needed.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for company meetings, training, offsites, and collaborative projects.
  • Ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
  • Ability to protect confidential company, employee, customer, and business information while working remotely.
